This was originally a residence that was converted into office space. It was used as a real estate office, with both sides of the home in use. It could easily be used as a single-family home, providing enough space for three bedrooms. The home has a convenient half bath on the main floor and a full bath upstairs with two roomy bedrooms. As a single-family home, the floor plan offers great flexibility. The two-room office on the left side could easily provide a spacious main-floor bedroom with a living area. We enjoyed the location because it is close to everything, including the post office, drugstore, and Dunkin’ Donuts, and it feels safe being across from the police station.
