Property will includes 17.43 surveyed acres with an established ~16-acre, irrigated orchard/farm, with 8’ deer fence and barn. Owner has planted ~4,000 apple trees, 240 haskaps, 150 black currants, garlic and potatoes. Most apple trees are expected to bear fruit in 1 to 7 years. The haskaps and currants are bearing fruit now. Current use is personal. The sale price includes the planting of ~400 apple trees in the spring of 2025.
