Standardized Operating Procedure of Purchase

There was a fire in the building. 3 apartments need minimal work. Apt #2 2 bed 1 bath, Apt 4 1 bed 1 bath and Apt 6 2 bed 3/4 Jack and Jill bath. One was in process of being redone and has most of the items there to complete do the work. The two other apartments that were fire damaged need a civil engineer to determine what needs to be done.
