Online auction ends 5/21/2026 at 1pm. Seller has not been inside the property in years and has no knowledge of the property or the condition of it. House is sold in as-is condition, seller will make absolutely no repairs. There is a non paying tenant currently living in the house, tenant will not be given notice to vacate the property prior to closing. Please do not get out of the car and walk the property, speak to the tenant or disturb the tenant in any way. No survey will be provided. House is listed property class 220 – 2 family but it appears to the seller that it may have been converted to a single family. There were 2 electric meters but 1 has been removed. Seller has no idea if utilities are on, if there is a sump pump or what condition any of the mechanicals are in. Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, total rooms, attic and basement are unknown and were taken from tax records, seller has no way to verify if these are correct. Seller has no idea what the primary heat source or if it is electric or gas, seller has no idea if the hot water tank is electric or gas. Winning bidder must pay buyer premium and escrow deposit in the form of a cashiers check within 24 hours of the auction ending or the next highest bid will be accepted. Buyer premium is 10% of the high bid amount or $3,000 whichever is higher. Earnest money deposit is 10% of the high bid amount. Both are non refundable for any reason once received. The total of the high bid amount and buyer premium will equal the total purchase price of the property.
