This is a Chautauqua County Land Bank property. These properties are offered below fair market value to promote neighborhood revitalization. Buyer must complete significant improvements to the homes as a condition of the sale. Buyer must submit a bid including the total of the cash purchase price PLUS renovation cost commitment, which they will be contractually obligated to fulfill. All offers are reviewed and approved by Land Bank Board of Directors, and must be cash with no contingencies.
